What does the hiring process look like?

For our Field Team members, our hiring process consists of several steps to ensure a great fit for both you and our team:

  1. Submit Application: Find the perfect job for you and send in your application.
  2. Application Review: Our recruiting team will review your submission.
  3. Video Call with Recruiter: You’ll have a video call with our recruiter to discuss your background and career goals.
  4. In-Person Interview: You’ll meet in-person for a more detailed interview with the hiring manager.
  5. Ride Day: Experience a day in the life of the job to see firsthand what your daily responsibilities will be.
  6. Post-Ride Day Conversation: We’ll discuss your ride day experience and address any final questions.

If everything aligns, we will extend an offer and begin onboarding.

Are background checks and drug screens required?
Yes, upon accepting an offer, all new hires must pass a background check, drug screen, and (if applicable) a DOT physical.
What if there are no opportunities near me?
If there isn’t a current opening in your area, don’t worry! We frequently have new opportunities available. Join our Talent Community and sign up for alerts to be notified when a job opens near you.
What development opportunities are available?
We believe in investing in our employees to ensure they succeed in their current roles and future opportunities to thrive at TBHC Delivers. Our development programs include:

  • Illuminating Leaders: A leadership development program for selected employees, running for a year, to help future leaders grow.
Is it true you bring all employees to Nashville at least once a year?
Yes! We bring all employees to Nashville, TN, to celebrate our yearly accomplishments. It’s an all-expenses-paid weekend trip for each employee and guest filled with fun activities with other distributors and the Hunt Brothers Pizza team.
What should I expect from the in-person interview?
In the in-person interview, you’ll meet the hiring manager, who will learn more about your experience and career goals. This is also your opportunity to ask questions about the role and gain insights into what the job would look like in their district/department.
What is a ride day?
For candidates applying for a field role, we invite you to participate in a ride day. This allows you to spend a day on route, experiencing what the job entails daily. It’s an excellent opportunity to ask questions and look at the role firsthand.
